Time: this page will probably take about two-and-a-half minutes to read.

Before we get started...

Out on the web, I have found a "belief management" technique, that I have used, that I like, and that I want to share with you. But, there are a few things you should know, and that you should be prepared for.

1. It's indifferent. First of all, you don't have to believe in the technique for it to work. You don't have to change your religion, or accept anybody's dogma. You can try it, and it will work, whether you believe in it or not.

2. It's nutso. And it's a good thing that you don't have to believe in it, because it makes no sense. Well, at least, it made no sense to me, before I tried it. Nobody can explain why it works. People just know that it does work.

3. It won't cost you money. There isn't going to be any sales pitch in this series of pages. Just keep your wallet in your pocket. If you want to, there are therapists you can pay, to help you with it, but that isn't necessary or required.

4. You can do this yourself. Primarily, you will perform this technique on yourself, by yourself. That's the only way I've ever done it, except to try to explain it to others.

5. This technique is completely harmless. I've never heard of anyone suffering any harm from using this technique. There are no drugs, or even herbs, involved. Absolutely no sharp, pointy objects, either.

6. This technique is completely reversible. If, for whatever reason, you don't like the results you achieve with this technique, you can undo everything you did. Though, frankly, I find that hard to imagine.

7. It's quick and easy to learn, and quick to evaluate. You can learn everything you need to know in under thirty minutes, and applying the technique only takes 2-5 minutes. And, if the technique works for you, you will see positive results immediately upon completing it.

8. The success rate is astonishing. I've only ever used it on myself, and I've been very happy with it. But I've read reports from professional therapists, who use this technique with their clients, and those therapists report success rates that exceed 90 percent. Clients walk in with a problem, and walk out an hour later with their situation vastly improved.

So, to sum up: this technique is free, publicly available, takes half an hour to learn, will yield immediate results if it works at all, and is completely harmless. However, it will probably seem like nonsense, until you try it.

Now that that's out of the way, let me tell you what "it" is.
